Academy Of Design

We’ve been at Sanchit Apartment on Daivadnya Boarding Road for a while now. Most people know the spot near Mirajkar Tikati. It’s a busy part of Kolhapur, especially in Mangalwar Peth. We spend our days here focusing on design stuff. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get work done and talk to students. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. People walk in from the street to ask questions or look at what we are teaching. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, working on computers or drawing things out on paper. We drink a lot of tea while we look over projects. The building is easy to find if you know where the boarding road is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desks are covered in sketches and notes. It’s a practical space. We don’t have big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the design work and help the people who come through the door. If you are around Mangalwar Peth, you’ve probably passed by our sign. It’s a regular local business, nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in Kolhapur. It’s what we do.
