Shreemanyogi Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 28 in Bahirewadi. It is a small village in the Panhala area. Being up here near Panhala, the air is sometimes a bit cooler, but the work is still the same as anywhere else. We use a local house as our main base. It is not a shop or a warehouse, just a place where we keep the records for the company. We started Shreemanyogi because we felt like we needed to organize ourselves better. In Bahirewadi, most of us have been farming for as long as we can remember. It is what we know. So, setting up this company was just the next step for the group. We do not have a marketing team or people in suits. It is just us, the local farmers, sitting around a table at house 28. We talk about what seeds to get or how to handle the transport to the city. Panhala is a beautiful place, but farming here takes real effort. We are just trying to make it a bit more manageable by working together. Sometimes we disagree on how to do things, but that is just part of being in a group. In the end, we all want the same thing for our families. It is a very local operation, and we like it that way. We do not have a website or anything, we just talk to people face to face.
