We are right here in Kolhapur district where the air is a bit cooler but the work is just as hard as anywhere else. We focus on what our neighbors are growing in their fields. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, so we know the daily struggles of getting a good crop out of this ground. The company was born out of a few long conversations on a porch about how to get better prices for our harvest. It’s not always easy to keep things running. We have to deal with pests, bad weather, and the rising cost of everything we need to buy. Our office is a simple room where we keep our records and meet with anyone who walks in the door. We don't use big words or have complicated rules for our members. If you have a load of produce to move or just need some advice on what to plant next season, we try to help out. Sometimes we get so busy that the paperwork piles up on the table, but we get to it eventually. It’s a humble operation, really. We just want to make sure the farmers in Bhudargad get a fair deal.
