Shatayu Foods

Shatayu Foods is out in Jankali Village at Plot No. 214. It’s a quiet area mostly, tucked away near the Kachare Housing Society. If you’re coming from the Sangli Post Office or heading through Miraj Taluka, you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't in a big industrial park or anything like that. It’s just a plain building where we handle the food products. The air in Sangli District can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so the warehouse stays shut mostly to keep things cool inside. We deal with various food items and supplies that go out to the local markets. Sometimes the trucks have a bit of a hard time turning near the housing society because the roads aren't that wide, but we make it work. It’s a family-style operation where everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. There isn't much of a front office, just a desk and some chairs for when people stop by to talk business. We have been part of this village landscape for a bit now. You won't find any corporate logos or fancy receptionists here. It’s just a place for work, processing what needs to be moved and making sure the bags are stacked right. Most of our day is spent checking inventory or loading up. It’s regular, honest work in a part of the district that stays pretty calm compared to the main city areas.
