Sailakshya Institute

Our place, Sailakshya Institute, is tucked away in the 5th Lane of Rajarampuri in Kolhapur. We’re located in the Rau Apartment, number 1739. If you know where the Granth Book Shop is, we are just a short walk from there. Rajarampuri is a busy part of town, and there are always people moving about. We’ve been here for a while, helping students with their various exams and school courses. It’s not some huge institution with hundreds of employees and fancy brochures. It’s just a small, dedicated group of us who actually enjoy teaching. The rooms we have are basic, but they do the job just fine. We have students who come in after their school or work to get some extra help with things they didn't understand. Sometimes we stay open quite late if there’s a big test coming up the next day. We don't use much in the way of marketing or advertising. Usually, it's just someone's parent talking to another parent at the market or at the bus stop. That’s how we’ve grown over the years. The pincode here is 416008. We like being in this part of Kolhapur because it’s easy for most people to get to. There isn't any corporate polish or slick talk here. We have old desks and shelves that are completely full of books. It feels like a place where real work happens. We just take things one day at a time, making sure each student gets the attention they need to finally understand their lessons. It's a modest setup, but it works.
