Lakshy Education Institute

Our office for Lakshy Education Institute is in the Ameya Chamber, right on Shahupuri Main Road. We are at Bagal Chowk, situated just above the Warana Bank. If you are in Kolhapur, you probably know this intersection well. It’s a busy spot with lots of cars and people moving around all day. Being above the bank makes it easy to explain where we are to new people. The stairs lead straight up to our rooms. We keep things very plain inside. There are classrooms with enough light and a small area where we keep our records. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or lounge areas. It is just a place for education. The road outside can be quite loud with the horns and buses, but we are used to it by now. We start early in the morning and usually stay until the evening classes are finished. Shahupuri is a central part of the city, so it’s easy for students to reach us from different neighborhoods. We don’t really do anything besides the teaching. We focus on the books and the lessons. It is an honest, small setup we’ve built here over the years. No one here is trying to be corporate. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the students have a place to sit and study. The rainy season in Kolhapur can make the trek to Bagal Chowk a bit of a challenge, but we are always here ready to open the doors.
