Rmchavan Agro Producer Company Limited is found in Uddand Wadgam, and we operate through the place of Tukaram Bhagawan Chavan. We are basically just a bunch of local producers who wanted to get more organized with our agro work. Wadgam is a good spot for us, and having Tukaram manage things from his location makes it convenient for the rest of the group. We don't spend our time on big presentations or corporate planning. Instead, we are usually talking about which seeds are working or how to get the equipment we need. It is a very hands-on kind of business. The "office" is simple and functional, which is all we really need anyway. We aren't trying to pretend to be a massive corporation. We are just farmers who realized that working as a company gives us a better chance than working alone. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage to get through it. People in the village know where to find us if they have questions or need to join in. It is not a very formal environment. We talk plainly and we work hard. The weather and the markets are always changing, so we just try to stay flexible and help each other out when things get tough. That is the way we do things here in Uddand Wadgam.
