Psamiksha Agro Producer Company Limited

Started out here in Pimpri Amba, near Gadwad, just working with what the land gives us. Psamiksha Agro Producer Company Limited is basically a group of us coming together to manage our crops better. It isn't anything fancy. We spend most of our days dealing with the usual farm stuff—seeds, soil, and trying to get a fair price for what we grow. Being out here in the village means we're pretty far from the big city offices, but that's how we like it. We have a small setup where we organize the harvests. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, and other times the markets are just down. That is just how life goes in agriculture. People know us around here because we’re always at the site or moving goods around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, you can find someone at the office if they aren't out in the fields checking on the progress of the season. We handle a variety of local produce, making sure everything is sorted and ready for the next step. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things running, especially when harvest time hits all at once. We just focus on getting the day's work finished so we can start again tomorrow. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know.
