We are Partham Agro Food Processing Privatelimited, located at Gat No 111/3, Plot No 2 in Ramlaxman Nagar. This is out in Sambhajipur, Shirol, which is a bit of a drive for some, but it’s where we set up our base. The plot is quite open, and we spent a lot of time getting the building ready for agro-processing work. It’s a lot of manual labor sometimes, dealing with the crops and making sure the machines are running like they should. In Shirol, everyone knows everyone, so we often have locals stopping by to see how things are going. We didn't want a big corporate vibe, so we kept things simple. Most of the staff comes from nearby, so they know the land and the weather patterns. Sometimes the power goes out or the rainy season makes the roads a mess, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's not a glamorous job, being surrounded by dust and sacks of produce, but it feels good to be working with food from the earth. We spend our afternoons sitting outside the gate when things quiet down. It’s a quiet life here in Ramlaxman Nagar compared to the big cities. We just keep our heads down, do the processing work, and hope for a good harvest season. The building isn't brand new anymore, but it holds up well against the sun and rain.
