Panchganga Farmers Producer Company Limited

We've been operating out of House No 215 in Kasaba Tarale for a while now. The Radhanagari area is where most of us grew up, so setting up Panchganga Farmers Producer Company Limited here made sense. It’s a group of us from the local villages working together on the land. We don't have a big fancy office, just the house in the taluka where we keep our records and meet up. Usually, you’ll find some of the members sitting out front discussing the weather or crop prices. It’s quiet out here, but there is always work to be done. We deal with the daily realities of farming in this part of Maharashtra. Sometimes the rain is late, or the market prices drop, and we just try to figure things out as a group. It isn't always easy keeping everything organized between so many different farmers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to each other's plots to see how things are growing. Radhanagari has its own set of challenges, but we know the soil here well enough. People stop by the house if they need to talk about seeds or tools. We just keep the doors open and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with being a producer company. It's mostly about making sure we get by and keep the farms going from one season to the next.
