We are located at Sambhaji Chouk in Ichalkaranji, specifically at House No-10 in Ward Number 14. Pancharatna Greenfab Producer Company Limited is a group of us coming together to manage our local production. Ichalkaranji is a place where people know how to work hard, and we are no different. We handle things related to farming and fabrics, which is why the name has green and fab in it. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a lot of meetings in the office where everyone talks at once and we try to make decisions for the group. It can get a bit chaotic when everyone has a different opinion, but that is how a producer company works. We deal with the local weather and the market prices which always seem to be changing. Being in the Kolhapur district means we have a certain way of doing things. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just want our members to get a fair shake. The office is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. We have piles of records and bags of samples sitting in the corners. It is a practical place for practical people. We don't have any hidden agendas. We just want to keep the work going so we can support our families and the town.
