We are Nutrich Foods, and our small unit is located at C-16 in the MIDC Shiroli industrial area. We are situated right near the local police station, which is a very handy landmark. Everyone around here knows exactly where that is. We process and package various food items in this facility. Since it is a factory setting, there is the constant hum of machines running for most of the working day. We have a small group of local workers who come in every morning to work on the production line. We try our best to keep everything organized and running smooth, but things can get a little bit chaotic when a large order comes in unexpectedly. The floors have to be washed and scrubbed every single day because we are handling food products. We aren't trying to build some massive global brand or anything like that. We just focus on making good things that people in the area like to eat. Sometimes the delivery of our raw materials is a bit slow, especially when the weather is bad or the roads are blocked. We just manage those delays as best as we can. We have a couple of office staff who sit in the front to handle all the billing and paperwork. It is mostly just a lot of hard work in the heat of the shed. We have been in Shiroli for quite some time now and know the neighbors.
