New Raj Coaching Works

We have been here on Civil Hospital Road for quite some time now. Sangli is a busy place and this road always has something going on with the hospital nearby. New Raj Coaching Works started out small. We just wanted a place where kids could come and actually understand their books without too much fuss. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It is just a set of rooms where we spend most of our day. We see students coming in after their regular school ends, looking a bit tired but ready to work. Some of them have been coming to us for years. We know their families and how they are doing. The benches are a bit old and we sometimes have to fix the fans when the heat gets bad in the summer. It gets noisy outside sometimes because of the traffic, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads because people usually find us just by asking around. Usually, it is a parent telling another parent about us. We try to keep things simple here. There is always a lot of paper around and the smell of ink. It is a lot of hard work every day but we like being part of this neighborhood. It feels right to be here in Sangli doing what we do.
