Krushipariwar Agro Producer Company

We are based right here in Khokagargoti, not far from the ST stand at Gh No.104. It is a busy enough spot in the Bhudargad area of Kolhapur. Most of us around here know the roads well. Krushipariwar Agro Producer Company is basically a group of people from the locality working on farming stuff together. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just our place near the bus stop. Dealing with crops and seeds takes up most of our day. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the weather isn't doing what it should. My neighbor helps out with the paperwork, and I handle the visitors. People stop by when they are heading to the market. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the agricultural side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we manage. Being in Kolhapur, we are surrounded by farms anyway. It felt right to start something here instead of moving to the city. We share tools and talk about what's growing best this season. It's just how we do things in Bhudargad. If you are ever near the ST stand, you'll see where we are. It isn't much to look at from the outside, but we are always busy with one thing or another. Most days are long. That is just part of the life we chose for ourselves in the village.
