Our place is located at Number 148 in the village of Kaudgaon. We are a producer company, which basically means we are a bunch of neighbors working the land together. Being here in Kaudgaon, we all know each other’s families and farms quite well. We decided to put this company together to help with the farming business side of things. It is much easier to talk to buyers when you are not just one person with a few bags of grain to sell. We spend a lot of time at our central spot at 148 A/P Kaudgaon, just trying to organize the deliveries and checking the quality of what we are growing. It is not always a smooth process. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the rain stays away too long, and we have to figure out a backup plan quickly. We are not professionals in suits. We are people who get our hands dirty every day. We talk about real things like the cost of diesel and why the seeds did not sprout like they were supposed to. It is an honest way to live, even if it is stressful sometimes. We try to help the younger farmers in the village too, showing them how we do things. It is a small community and we want everyone to do well. Our company is just a tool to help us stay in business and keep our farms going for the next generation. We do not need fancy words.
