Mangure Food Production

Mangure Food Production is what we call our small operation here in Kanchanwadi. We are located in the Tal. Karveer area of Kanchanwadi and it's a quiet enough place to work. We spend our mornings getting the production lines ready and checking the supplies that come in from the local farms. It’s mostly family and a few neighbors who help us out with the daily tasks. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just the sheds where we make the food products. The work is repetitive but it's what we know how to do. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult especially when the rains come heavy in this part of Karveer. We just deal with it and keep the machines running as best as we can. Our address is easy to find if you know the Kanchanwadi area well enough. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we'd rather just focus on making sure the batches turn out right. It’s a lot of physical labor and we go home tired every evening. There's no big mystery to it. We just prepare food and package it up for the market. It’s a local business through and through and we’ve been here for a good while now. We like the community and how everyone knows each other’s business. We try to stay organized but things get messy when we are in the middle of a big batch.
