If you go to House No. 77/2 in At Post- Deulwadi, you will find us. We are the Kadgaon Vibhag Nachani Producer Company Limited. We are up here in the Bhurdargad taluka area. Most of what we do involves nachani, which is a big part of life for the farmers in this region. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us working out of this house. The place is usually a bit dusty because of the work we do, but that’s fine. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time looking at the grain and making sure everything is moving the way it should. Deulwadi is a quiet place and we like it that way. It keeps us focused on the crops. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the nachani from this part of Kadgaon gets to where it needs to go. It is a lot of manual labor and long hours sometimes. But we are used to it. The company was started to help the local folks here in Bhurdargad. We just keep our heads down and do the work day by day. It’s hard work but it’s our work and we take it as it comes.
