Our company is Kadavi Khore Farmers Producer Companylimited. We are situated in Kadave, specifically at Shiva Vithal Bendkale’s place. It is in the Shahuwadi area. We are just regular people from the village who came together to form this group. It is not a fancy operation at all. We use the space at Shiva’s house to handle our business. There is actually a lot of paperwork involved in running a producer company, and this is where it all happens. Kadave is where we all belong, so it made a lot of sense for us to stay local. We do not have a big staff. It is mostly just us doing the work together. We handle whatever comes up with the crops and the sales. Some days are much longer than others. We are not here to make a big show of things. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group have a way to sell what they grow without trouble. Shahuwadi is a decent place to work from. The office is very simple and functional. We meet there quite often. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. We have been at this for a while now. We know the land and we know the people here well. That is why we started Kadavi Khore. It is just us doing what we know how to do. There is nothing more to it than that.
