Dhavale Krushi Mitra Producer Companylimited

We are basically just a group of farmers here in Satala who decided to come together as Dhavale Krushi Mitra Producer Companylimited. Shripati Sopan Dhawale is one of the main guys, and his house at number 612 is where we handle most of our paperwork and meetings. It is not some fancy office building, just a regular home where we sit down and talk about our crops and the prices we get. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids, so we know the dirt around here pretty well. Being in a small place like Satala means everyone knows everyone. We figured that instead of trying to sell everything on our own, it made more sense to join up. It gets pretty hot during the summer months and sometimes the rain doesn't come when we want it to, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do on the farm pays off for our families. There is always a lot to do, from fixing the tools to checking on the seeds. It is a lot of physical labor every day. We hope that by working as a group, we can handle the logistics better than we did before. Usually, someone is always dropping by the house to discuss something new. It is just the way we do things here. We have a lot of respect for the land and each other.
