Dakhkhanratna is situated in Giroli, specifically in the Wadi Ratangiri area of Panhala, Kolhapur. Our location is easy to find because we are right behind the Ninaidevi Temple at M No 04. It’s a quiet spot in the hills where the air is a bit cooler than the city. We are a collective of farmers from around the Panhala region. The focus is on the local produce that grows well in this Kolhapur soil. We aren't some big city firm; we are just locals who know the land. Our office is a small room where we keep track of the harvests and the distribution. It gets busy during the peak seasons, and you’ll see people coming and going with their tractors and trucks. We don't have any flashy signs or a reception desk. It’s just a place where we meet to figure out the best way to move our goods. The temple nearby brings a lot of peace to the place. We often sit outside and talk about the market rates or the upcoming rains. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. No one here is wearing a suit. We are in our work clothes, usually dusty from the fields. We try to make sure every farmer in our group gets a fair look-in. It’s about the community here in Giroli and making sure our hard work pays off for everyone involved in the group.
