Chandgad Farm Fresh Farmers Producercompany Limited is located in a small village called Satavane, in the Chandgad taluka. We use House Number 408 as our main base. Being in the Kolhapur district, we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and hills. It’s a beautiful place, but the work is still hard and constant. We called the company 'Farm Fresh' because that’s exactly what we deal with—stuff straight from the fields of our members. Our office is just a part of a house in the village, which makes it very easy for the local farmers to drop in. There’s no need for formal appointments or anything like that. We usually just sit on the porch or in the main room and talk about what’s growing and who’s buying this week. Chandgad is a bit tucked away, so we have to work together to make sure our produce gets out to the bigger markets in Kolhapur and beyond. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website to show off. Most of our members are just our neighbors and friends from around Satavane. We focus on the daily routine of planting, harvesting, and getting things moved while they are still good and fresh. It’s a simple life, and the company is just a way for us to make sure we all get a fair shake. We just do our best with what we have and keep going every season.
