We operate out of House No 98A/P in Majgaon, which is in the Radhanagari area. The place belongs to Yuvraj Bapuso Powar. It’s a typical house where we’ve set aside some space for the agro business. Since we are in Majgaon, we are right in the middle of the farming community. We don't have a big corporate office in the city because that wouldn't make sense for what we do. Our work involves a lot of visiting fields and checking on how the crops are growing. We deal with all sorts of agricultural products. Sometimes the house is full of people coming to talk about their problems with the latest harvest. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather. It's not a formal environment at all. You might hear the local dogs barking or kids playing outside while we’re trying to figure out the accounts. We use simple tools and basic record books. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment. The focus is just on getting the work done every day. Radhanagari is a beautiful place, but the work is hard. We’re just trying to keep the business moving forward without any fuss. We don't spend time on marketing or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We are just a local agro company doing what we can in our own corner of Majgaon. Chakreshwar Agro is run by real people.
