Adhishreya Cashew Industries Privatelimited

Our cashew business is based out in the village of Turkewadi, which is part of the Chandgad taluka. We are not in a big city or a noisy industrial zone. We operate out of House No. 312, and you will usually find Maruti Ningu Oulkar there working on something. We take the raw cashews from the local farmers and process them right here. It is a lot of hard work. You have to shell them, dry them, and then peel them carefully so they do not break. It is mostly done by hand or with a few small machines we have. We started Adhishreya because there are so many cashew trees growing around here and we wanted to do something useful with the local crop. It is very much a family-style setup. We do not have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just work out of the house and the small sheds we have nearby. The air in Turkewadi is good and clean, and it is a very quiet place to work compared to the big cities. We spend our days checking the quality of the nuts and making sure they are packed up right for the customers. Sometimes the humid weather makes it hard to dry the cashews properly, so we have to be extra careful with the timing. We just sell to local traders and some people who have known us for years.
