Our office is in Kolhapur, specifically at Rajarampuri 10th Lane. We are on the second floor of Sashe Heights, flat number 202. It's right in the E Ward. Kolhapur is a great place for anything to do with farming, so we feel right at home here. We deal with both the farm side and the agro-processing side at Adeshwar Farms And Agro Llp. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything. The office is usually full of maps and crop reports. We spend a lot of time visiting the actual farms and then coming back here to sort out the logistics. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people we work with. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep things moving. The 10th Lane can get pretty busy, so parking is always a headache. We like the atmosphere in Kolhapur though. It’s a hard-working town. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to grow crops and make sure they get to where they need to go. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, and that makes our jobs a lot harder. But that’s farming for you. We just take the good days with the bad. It's an honest living and we are proud of what we do in our small corner of the city. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the work itself.
