You’ll find us at Plot No-9 on the Mile Stone, along Makrana Road in Kali Doongri. This area is famous for stone, and we are right in the thick of it with all the other units. We’ve been here for years, dealing with granite and marble as the name suggests. The plot is quite large because we need the space to store the heavy blocks and slabs that come in. It’s a rough environment with trucks coming and going all day long, kicking up dust. The air is always a bit white with marble dust, which is just something you get used to when you work here. We have a small crew of workers who really know how to handle the machinery and the heavy lifting. We don't have a polished sales team or a fancy front office. Usually, it's just one of us meeting whoever drives into the yard to take a look. We show them the different grades of stone we have and talk about what might work for their specific project. The sun beats down on the yard pretty hard in the summer months, but we keep working through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied with what they buy from us. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and it keeps us busy. We know the stones well because we see them and touch them every single day.
