We are located out at E-1 & 8 in the industrial area on Jaipur Road. Being right on N. H. 8 in Madanganj makes it easy for trucks to get in and out, which is good because marble is heavy and hard to move around. The yard here at Shriniwas Sangemarmar is quite large since we need the space for the blocks and the cutting machines. It stays pretty dusty because of all the sawing and polishing we do every day. You can hear the machines running from the road. Most of the people working here have been with us a long time and they know how to handle the sangemarmar without cracking it. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when it rains and the slurry gets everywhere, but we’re used to it. We mostly deal with white marble and some of the local varieties that people in Rajasthan have used for generations. It’s not like a retail store in the city where everything is polished and under lights. Here, it’s raw and practical. We spend our days checking the slabs for cracks or weird spots that might show up after polishing. If you stop by, you’ll likely find us in the back near the sheds. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on getting the stone cut and loaded onto the trucks for whoever needs it.
