Shri Ji Marbles

Shri Ji Marbles is situated in the Bewanja Riico Industrial Area, which is part of Dilwara village between Ajmer and Nasirabad. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where the marble industry really lives. We handle a lot of stone every week. The trucks come in from the quarries, and we get the slabs sorted out in our yard. It’s a dusty, busy environment, and we’re usually wearing work boots and covered in stone spray. We don’t have a high-end office; we mostly sit near the entrance where we can see the stock. People come to us when they need a good amount of marble for a project. We show them what’s available in the current batches. Since we are in the Riico area, there are many other businesses around, but we just focus on our own piles of stone. We try to keep the blocks organized, though it gets messy when we're busy loading. It’s just us and a few workers moving things around with the cranes. We don’t use fancy words to describe the stone. It’s just marble. Some pieces look better than others, and we let the customers decide for themselves. We’ve been in Dilwara for a while, and we know the local roads and the people who work the nearby sites. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we spend most of our daylight hours right here among the slabs and machines.
