Shree Guru Kripa Marble Emporium

Over here at Shree Guru Kripa Marble Emporium, things stay pretty busy. We are based in the Bidiad area of Makrana, right near the Pahar Kuwa Masjid. Being in the industrial area means there is always a lot of dust and the sound of machines cutting through stone. That is just the sound of Makrana, really. Everyone knows this town is about the marble, and we are just one of the many spots along the road doing our part. We spend our mornings checking the latest blocks that come in. Some are better than others, that's just how nature works. We don't try to act like we are some high-end showroom with air conditioning. It’s more of a workshop feel here. You’ll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of white dust. If you walk down the road, you'll see plenty of shops, but we like our little corner near the mosque. It’s a tight-knit community of workers and traders. We take things one day at a time, making sure the orders are cut right and loaded onto the trucks without too much fuss. It isn't a complicated business model. We just provide what the ground gives us. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and we just fix it and carry on with the afternoon’s work.
