Shiv Om Marble

Shiv Om Marble is located on Kharmada Road, inside the Mahakali Marble premises. We are right across from Kishangarh Granite. It is a busy part of the industrial area where everyone is dealing in some kind of stone. I share the space here, which works out well for keeping the costs down. We mostly have marble slabs stacked up in the yard. It is a basic operation. No fancy reception area or air-conditioned rooms. We just spend our time moving stones and talking to customers who drive by. The road out front is often crowded with big lorries. Sometimes it is hard to hear each other over the noise of the machines and the traffic. I have been in this trade for many years now. It is what I know. We do not try to sound like a big company because we are not one. It is just a few of us working together. We get our stock from the nearby quarries and show it to whoever stops in. Some days we have exactly what a person wants, other days we have to wait for the next delivery. It is a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing when a big order comes in. That is just the way it goes. If you need to find us, look for the Kishangarh Granite building and we are right on the other side of the road. It is a dusty, loud place.
