Out here in the 3rd Phase of Madanganj, the focus for us is always on the granite slabs. Our place is located at G-185, and it is a large plot where we keep all the blocks organized. Madanganj is known for this kind of stone work, so we fit right in with the other industrial shops around us. The work at Sarvottam Granite Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about managing the sheer weight and volume of the material we handle. It is heavy, it is dusty, and it takes a good amount of effort to move everything around without any accidents. We do not really do the whole polished sales pitch or marketing thing. Most people who come to see us at G-185 already know what they are looking for before they arrive. They want to see the actual slabs and check the sizes for their projects. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our afternoons loading up the trucks for different parts of the country. The 3rd Phase is a noisy area with the sounds of cranes and stone cutters going all day long. We are just one part of that whole busy ecosystem. It is a long day usually, and we like to start early before the sun gets too high in the sky. We have been here long enough to know the way the industrial area works. It is a solid, basic business.
