Rudra Granites

Our stone yard is tucked away in the Riico Industrial Area in Silora. We are located quite close to the Marble Mandi, so there is almost always a layer of white dust over everything. You honestly get used to the smell and the dust after you’ve been here for a week or two. We spend most of our daylight hours moving heavy slabs around and checking the edges for any chips or cracks. Working with granite is physically demanding, and it definitely takes a toll on your back after a long day, but we have a solid crew who knows how to handle the heavy lifting. The yard at Rudra Granites isn't a place for people who like to stay clean. It’s where the real work happens. We have all sorts of stones coming in on trucks and going out to construction sites. Sometimes the big lorries get stuck in the mud when the monsoon rains hit, and that can be a real headache for everyone involved. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass walls or bright lights. Most of our customers just drive straight here to the industrial area to see the actual slabs in the sunlight. It’s always noisy with the water saws and cutters running, but that is the sound of Silora. We have been here for years and know most of the other owners in the Mandi. We just try to be fair and honest about the stone we sell and give people a decent deal.
