If you are driving down the main road in Madanganj, you will see Radhika Stones Pvt. Ltd. right there at E-55 A on Harmara Road. It is a spot that sees a lot of traffic passing by every single day. We have been working out of this location for a good bit of time. The yard is filled with various stones, mostly stacked up high so we can fit more in. Managing a place like this means dealing with a lot of heavy lifting and some long hours. We usually start when the sun is barely up because it gets too hot to move the heavy slabs by noon. The guys in the back are always busy with the polishing machines or helping load a trolley. We don't really do much advertising because the stones sitting out front usually show people what we have available. Sometimes the slabs have natural markings that people like, and other times they want something plain. We just try to keep a decent variety so there is something for everyone who stops by. The office is small and mostly used for keeping the receipts and drinking water. Life on Harmara Road is mostly about timing the trucks and making sure the orders don't get mixed up. It is honest work and keeps us moving from morning till night. We have some regular customers from the nearby towns who come specifically for the slabs we get from the local quarries. It is just a normal day for us here.
