Parag Marbles

At Parag Marbles, we are located in the Old Industrial Area of Madanganj. This whole place is known as the Marble Mandi, and it has been around for a very long time. You can feel the history of the stone trade just by walking down the street. It is a bit cramped and the roads are narrow, but it is where all the marble business happens. We’ve got our spot here among all the other warehouses and factories. It gets very busy in the mornings when the trucks are trying to squeeze through the lanes. We have our routine, starting early and staying until the sun goes down. There is always a layer of white dust on everything, from the trees to the roof of our office. It is just the way it is in the mandi. We know most of the other owners around here, and we often help each other out if someone’s crane is broken or if they need an extra hand with a heavy load. It is a tight community. Our place isn't big, but it’s ours, and we know every inch of it. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are in the old area. It is a simple life of stone and grit, and we’ve been doing it for years now. We just try to get by and keep the stone moving.
