Metro Marbles

We are located on Makrana Road in Madanganj. This road is always busy because it’s a main route for everyone in the marble business around here. You can hear the sound of saws and trucks from early morning until late evening. We have a decent-sized space here where we keep our marble stock. It's mostly just us and a few workers handling the daily tasks of moving stone. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles or a fancy showroom. The sign out front has seen better days, but people find us easily enough because of where we are. Makrana Road has a lot of history with stone, and we are just one small part of that. We spend our time measuring slabs and talking to the drivers who bring the material in. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we try to get most of the heavy loading done early when it's cooler. The dust is everywhere, you can’t really avoid it if you work in this trade. We just wipe down the office table and keep going with our work. Sometimes customers come by just to look around and see what’s available in the yard. We don’t push anyone, we just show them what we’ve got. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with all the noise from the traffic outside. We’ve been on this road for quite some time now and seen a lot of changes, but the work we do stays the same.
