Marbles Traders

You can find us over by the chauraha on Harmada Road. We’re situated right near the Marble City Hospital and that Patrol Pump everyone uses. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always noise and people moving about. We deal in marbles, obviously. Our yard is filled with different slabs and pieces that we’ve brought in. It’s heavy work, moving these stones around, and our shoes are usually covered in white dust by the end of the shift. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We’re out there on the lot, showing people the different patterns and colors the stone has. Sometimes a piece breaks or the weather makes it hard to move things, but that's just part of the trade. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most people stop by when they’re building something new or fixing up a floor. We don’t do any of that fancy marketing stuff. We just show what we have in stock and let the stone speak for itself. It’s a simple operation at Marbles Traders. We wake up, open the gates, and wait for the trucks or the customers to arrive. The sun gets hot on the yard, but we have a small shade where we sit and drink tea when there’s a break. It's just a regular local business.
