Maa Vaishno Devi Marbles

We have been set up in the industrial area of Madanganj for quite a few years now. Being so close to the Marble Mandi means there is always a lot of dust in the air and heavy trucks moving around from morning until night. It is just the way things are in this part of town. We deal with all sorts of stone slabs, mostly marble since that is what everyone around here is looking for. My family started this business because this is the main trade here and it seemed like the right thing to do at the time. We spend most of our days talking to drivers and checking the stone that comes in on the trailers. Some days are very slow and we just sit around, while other days we cannot even find a minute to eat lunch. The shop is not anything fancy at all. It is really just a basic yard where the stone is kept and a small spot where we can talk to whoever walks in. We do not do any big advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they are already walking around the industrial area looking for materials for their new houses. If you come by, you will probably see us drinking tea or looking over the latest stock that just arrived. The heat in Madanganj can get really bad in the summer months, but the work has to keep going regardless of the weather. We try to keep things very simple. 1891998
