Our yard is located on Paryavaran Road, and we are pretty close to the main Marble Mandi here in Madanganj. It’s a loud area because of all the machines and the heavy traffic on the road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time out in the sun, moving blocks around or checking the finish on the slabs. It’s a family business, so you will usually find me or my brother around the place. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or fancy brochures. People just know where we are and stop by when they need something for a project. The work is hard on the back, but it feels good to see the finished stone ready to go. We have some workers who have been with us for a long time, and they really know their stuff when it comes to cutting. Sometimes we sit out front and have tea while we wait for a truck to arrive. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just talk like regular people and try to help you find what you need without any pressure. Madanganj is a big hub for this kind of work, so we just focus on doing our part every day. The yard gets messy with all the stone chips and water, but that’s just a sign that we are staying busy. We like the work and how things are done here in our part of town.
