Ivory Marble & Granite is located across three plots, 181, 182, and 182-A, in Phase III of the industrial area. Having that much space helps us keep a wider variety of both marble and granite in one place. It’s a large yard and it can take a bit of walking to see everything we have in stock. The place is usually a bit of a mess with stone offcuts and packing materials, but that’s just how a working stone yard looks. We don't spend money on making the office look like a hotel. We’d rather focus on making sure the slabs are stored safely so they don't get chipped. When you come by, you’ll probably see us moving things around with the overhead crane. It’s noisy and the air often smells like wet stone and diesel, which is pretty much the standard for this part of Madanganj. We have granite from different parts of the country and marble from the local quarries. Every piece of stone is a bit different, so we encourage people to look through the stacks. We don't have a sales team following you around. We just let you look and then help out when you have a question. It’s a low-key way of doing business that seems to work for us and the people who buy from us. We’ve been here for a good while and know the trade inside out.
