D.K. Kota Stone

If you head down Makrana Road into the V Phase of the Riico Industrial Area, you will find our place. D.K. Kota Stone is situated right behind R.K. Marble. It is a big industrial area with lots of dust and the constant sound of machines running in the distance. We have been set up here for a long time. Our work day starts early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too high and makes things difficult. We deal mostly with the local Kota stone that many people choose for their flooring needs. It is heavy, physical work, but we have found a good rhythm over the years. We do not have a big front office for visitors; we usually just talk to people right in the middle of the yard or near the main gate. There is always a lot of movement with trucks coming in to unload or pick up bundles of stone. We try our best to keep things organized so we can find what we need, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when several orders come in at once. We are not fancy people at all. We just understand stone and how it should be handled or cut. If a piece does not look right, we just set it aside. Most people who come here already know what they are looking for. We just help them find it in our current stock. It is a decent way to earn a living in this city.
