Arpit Marble & Granites

Arpit Marble & Granites is located on Paryavaran Marg, right in the Riico Industrial Area. We are pretty easy to spot because we are near the Vishnu Dharam Kanta. This part of town is very industrial, so you hear a lot of heavy machinery and the sound of stones being moved all day long. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. We deal with both marble and granite here. The granite is especially heavy and takes a bit of muscle to move around. We have our slabs lined up in the yard, and they get quite hot when the sun is out. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or homeowners who are trying to pick out materials. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights. It’s just the raw stone out in the open air. Sometimes the rain comes and washes the dust off, which actually makes the granite look really nice for a while. We have a small office where we do the paperwork and drink tea when there is a break. It is a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired. But it’s good to see a truck loaded up with stone heading off to a new house. We just keep doing what we do here in Riico, working hard every day with the materials we have.
