You can find Anant Marble & Granite Pvt. Ltd. at E-54 in the III Phase area on Harmara Road. It’s right in Madanganj, which is a busy place for anyone in the stone trade. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against the racks. We’ve been working out of this location for quite a bit. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always sounds of cutting and polishing coming from nearby. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a small space to sit and talk to people who drop by. The road out front gets a lot of dust because of all the marble being moved around the area. We spend our days checking the quality of the blocks and making sure the cutters are doing their job right. It’s a lot of physical work, and your clothes end up white with dust by the end of the shift. We see a lot of different people coming through, from small builders to guys looking for stuff for their own homes. We just try to show them what we have in stock. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just show the stone as it is. It’s a practical business, and we like being part of the Madanganj community. The hours are long, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with marble and granite.
