Ajay Marbles

Ajay Marbles is one of the many shops you’ll find on Makrana Road in Madanganj. We are located right across from Shrenic Marble. This whole industrial area is dedicated to stone, so you can imagine the amount of dust and noise we live with every day. Our yard is where we keep all the slabs. We don't have a showroom with air conditioning; it's just a regular yard where the marble sits out in the open. We think it’s better that way because you can see the stone in natural light. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Some days we are busy loading up trucks for long trips, and other days we are just sitting in the shade waiting for the next customer to stop by. We handle the slabs carefully because they can crack if you aren't paying attention. It takes a bit of a steady hand with the crane. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the road, just a reliable one where you can get your stone without a lot of fuss. Most of the people who work here live nearby. We know the local market pretty well. If someone is looking for a specific type of marble for a small house or a big building, we just show them what we’ve got on the racks. It’s a simple business and we like it that way.
