You’ll find Victoria Multicuisine Thai Restaurant on the 1st floor of the Amrita Complex. We’re right at CRP Square, which is a really busy intersection in Bhubaneshwar. Being opposite the State Bank of India means there are always people around. We started this place because we liked the idea of serving different kinds of food, especially Thai dishes, which weren't that common here a few years ago. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic with the steam and the different spices going into the pans. It’s a small team in the back, and we all work pretty close together. We don’t have fancy menus with professional photos; it’s just a list of what we can cook for you today. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but people don't seem to mind once they smell the food. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the air conditioning is running right because it gets so humid here. We get a mix of office workers during lunch and families in the evenings. It isn't a quiet restaurant. You can hear the traffic from CRP Square and the clinking of dishes from the kitchen. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s a simple operation, really.
