The Restaurant (Trident Hotel)

The Restaurant is part of the Trident Hotel at Cb 1 in Nayapalli. We’re right in the Jaydev Vihar area of Bhubaneshwar, zip code 751013. If you know the city, we are the ones beside the Nalco building and directly opposite the Ginger Hotel. It’s a pretty busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We spend our time running back and forth between the kitchen and the dining area. It’s a standard setup for a hotel restaurant. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. The staff here is mostly local, and we just work our shifts and go home. We see people who are in town for business at Nalco or just staying nearby. Keeping a place like this running takes a lot of effort, especially with the heat we get in Odisha. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Bhubaneshwar. We just want to make sure the people who walk in get what they need and can get back to their day. We just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning and prepping. There are no big mission statements hanging on the walls here. We’re just a group of people making sure there is food ready when someone walks in. It’s a handy spot because of the Jaydev Vihar location, and we’ve been here long enough that most people recognize the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
