The Regent

You can find The Regent at Plot 222 in Sastrinagar, Unit 4, Bhubaneshwar. We are tucked away near the SBI Colony. This part of Bhubaneshwar is pretty established, and we have been part of the neighborhood for a while now. Our building is a simple one, and we do not go for anything too flashy or modern. We have people coming in for all sorts of reasons, some staying for work and others just visiting family here in Unit 4. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter than other parts of the city. We do not have a big team of managers; it is just a handful of us who handle everything from the front desk to the rooms. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is completely silent. We do not spend money on big ads or fancy signs. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for years and people know where to find us. The SBI Colony nearby means we see a lot of bank employees and their relatives. We spend our days doing the laundry, fixing things that break, and making sure the place is ready for whoever shows up next. It is a practical, straightforward business. We just provide a place to stay in a nice part of town, and we are happy with that.
