The Big Bang Biryani

The Big Bang Biryani is a small place located over on Canal Road in the Rasulgarh area of Bhubaneshwar. We have been set up here for a while now, serving the local neighborhood. If you are driving down towards Rasulgarh, you will find us right along that stretch of road. The pin code for this part of the city is 751010. It’s a fairly busy spot because of the traffic coming through, but we just stick to our routine every day. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, it's just a few of us working in the kitchen and taking orders. The building itself is pretty simple, nothing too flashy to look at from the outside. We mostly get people who live nearby or those just passing through on Canal Road. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of orders come in at once, but we do what we can to keep up. We don't go in for fancy advertisements or big slogans. We just focus on the food and making sure the pots are ready for the day. Being in Rasulgarh means we see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It is just a basic shop where we put in the hours. If you happen to be in this part of Bhubaneshwar, you’ll see our sign right there on the road. It’s not a complicated operation, just a local biryani spot doing its thing.
