Sradhanjali Veg Restaurant

We are located at Unit 3 in Sriya Square, right in the Kharvel Nagar area of Bhubaneshwar. Being in Sriya Square means there are always people around. We focus on vegetarian food and we have been doing this for a good while. Every morning starts with getting the fresh vegetables from the market. We don't have a very large space but we make it work for the lunch and dinner crowds. Kharvel Nagar is a busy part of town so we see a lot of office workers during the day. They come in for a quick meal before heading back to their desks. We try to keep the place tidy and the water jugs full. It is not a fancy dining hall with soft lights or music. It is more of a place where you sit down, eat your meal, and get on with your day. We have a small team in the kitchen who knows the recipes by heart. Sometimes we have to wait for a table to open up because it gets tight during the peak hours. We don't put out advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here in Unit 3. The floor is made of tile and we spend a lot of time mopping it. We just provide simple veg food for anyone who walks in. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No fuss, just cooking and serving as best we can.
