Sai Bhog Restaurant

We are located in the Lalchand Market Complex, which is very close to the Bhubaneshwar Railway Station. Being so close to the station means we get people from all over. Some are just arriving in the city and look tired, while others are rushing to catch a train. Sai Bhog Restaurant is a place where you can just sit down and eat without any fuss. The market area is always crowded and a bit chaotic, so our place feels like a small break from that. We serve meals that are simple and filling. I have a few cooks who have been with me since we opened. We don't have a big menu because we prefer to do a few things right rather than many things poorly. The tables are standard wood, and the plates are basic. In Bhubaneshwar, people appreciate food that tastes like home. We get a lot of regular workers from the market too. They come in for a quick lunch every day at the same time. The noise from the trains and the market vendors is just part of our life here. We don't spend much on decorations. We focus on keeping the kitchen running and making sure there is enough food for everyone. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going. We just keep the doors open for anyone who is hungry.
