Phulpatna Ethnic Restaurant

We are located at Sahid Nagar, right in the Market Building at C 40. It's a busy spot in Bhubaneshwar and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being part of Toshali Sands makes things interesting because we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. The restaurant focuses on ethnic food, the kind of stuff you grew up eating around here. It isn't a fancy place with lots of gold trim or anything, just a solid spot to sit down. Most days, the market outside is pretty loud and full of energy, which we kind of like. It keeps us on our toes. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. If you are walking around Sahid Nagar and need a break from the heat or the shopping, you can find us easily enough. We don't do anything too complicated, just keep the tables clean and the food coming out as it should. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing down, but we are still right here in the same corner. It feels good to be a regular part of the market scene. We just try to do our job every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
