Orian Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at Plot No 368 in Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. We’re quite close to Himalaya Opticals, which is a big landmark in this area. Sahid Nagar is a busy place with a lot of shops and offices, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. The restaurant is just a single floor with a simple layout. We have enough tables to seat a good number of people, but it can get quite full during the lunch hour. We don't use any expensive tablecloths or silver cutlery. It’s just basic plates and glasses that get the job done. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have some fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. Most of the people who eat here work in the nearby offices or are out shopping in Sahid Nagar. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items; we just stick to what we know. The kitchen staff are local guys who have been cooking for years. We open up, do the prep work, serve the customers, and then clean everything up to do it all again the next day. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy. We like being in Sahid Nagar. The traffic can be a lot but we don't mind it much.
